Guidelines
Our vision is a 'golden village' in nature. To obtain the best value of the buildings we would like to set up a few common guidelines that should be easy to follow. The Veda architecture (Vastu) is important to us because we have learned that it creates a noticeable calm atmosphere in the house so that you really feel at home. The energy field of the house strengthens the family harmony, health, quality of life and success in life without having to fight for it. For more explanations, click here.

Therefore, it is our plan that all houses should be located parallel to the compass, and the main entrance should be to the East, or North according to Vastu. Thus the houses may not to be parallel with the road. Also, we prefer the roofs to have a golden or warm yellow color (not shown on fotos). If it is designed as a relatively high roof with a ridge and gables, you get the the simplest design and it allows you to use the attic as a loft. The walls will be beautiful with colors in bright, warm hues - black is not preferred as it is the vibrations of limitations and sorrow. For the facades we would prefer wood, possibly mixed with plaster wall.

Vastu models
There are only a few architects in the West that offer house designs in accordance with the principles of Vastu. The architects of Maharishi Sthapatya Veda (MSV) have the most extensive experience and the most holistic Vastu program. We therefore recommend this service.

There is an interesting report on how the houses built from MSV protects occupants against the negative influence from the surroundings. See The Bleeping Herald, December 2007.

A house is a heavy structure with an energy field. Vaastu ensures that the house is designed so that residents' energies are connected with the positive forces of nature and the universe outside - but the house also protects against harmful external influences.
